Area Median Income (AMI) is computed annually by County:
- Extremely Low Income (ELI) means less than 30% AMI;
- Very Low Income (VLI) means less than 50% AMI,
- Lower Income (LI) means less than 80% AMI;
- Moderate (M) means less than 120% AMI
- Above Moderate (AM) is greater than 120% AMI.
