The Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act (CSFRA) is the name given to the Charter Amendment (Measure V) passed by Mountain View voters in November 2016. An attempt to modify CSFRA, Measure D, was defeated by the voters in March 2020. Another ballot proposition to amend CSFRA is on the ballot for November 2020.
